Does NOT include:

Price Range Idea:

  • Small items (chairs, nightstands): $75–$150

  • Medium (dressers, desks): $150–$300

  • Large (buffets, wardrobes): $300–$500

2. Standard Restoration (Mid Tier)

Includes:

  • Full prep (cleaning, sanding, partial stripping if needed)

  • Moderate repairs (chips, veneer patching, filling)

  • Custom color or stain options

  • Smoother, more durable finish (2–3 coats)

  • Basic hardware refresh (cleaning or swap)

Adds Value:

  • Better longevity

  • More aesthetic control

Price Range Idea:

  • Small: $150–$300

  • Medium: $300–$600

  • Large: $600–$1,000

3. Premium Restoration (High-End Tier)

Includes:

  • Full stripping to raw wood

  • Structural and detailed repairs (veneer replacement, rebuilds)

  • Custom finishes (layered stains, glazing, distressing if requested)

  • High-end topcoats (sprayed lacquer, conversion varnish, etc.)

  • Detailed work (carvings, trim, accents)

  • Hardware upgrade or refinishing
